Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently offer Priority USPS ground shipping to the continental U.S. Please allow up to 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for orders to be processed & shipped. Priority shipping takes 2-4 business days to receive, depending on location.

There is a $25 Express Mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed & shipped faster, typically within 24 hours.

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is defective.

Please double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if address is incorrect.

RETURNS

Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY - we DO NOT issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 10 days of delivery date. Returns past the 10 day mark will not be accepted & will be sent back at the customers expense.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
Please include your packing slip & return form in your return! A return form is included with every eligible order (i.e. sale items are excluded from returns!) Return instructions will also be included on the form. If you did not receive a form, please email frocktherapy@yahoo.com

All merchandise must be unworn, clean and in pristine condition, with all original tags attached. If merchandise is returned in less than pristine condition, it will be returned to the purchaser - shipping will be charged to return the product, & no credit will be given.

Once we have processed your return, you will be contacted via email with your store credit code. 

All discounted sale items are a FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. 

If merchandise received is defective or incorrect, the purchaser has 2 days from delivery to contact us for replacement. (No extra shipping charges will be incurred by the purchaser.)

EXCHANGES

Our inventory is constantly changing, so some items may not be in stock. You can list the wish for an exchange on your packing slip, & if we have the item in stock, we will contact/ship to you. I
f we do not have the exchange requested, we will issue you a store credit.
